Cosy 30-square-meter studio apartment located on level -1 (accessible via a few steps), a short distance from the Bande Nere stop on the M1 subway line.

The apartment is equipped with all the main amenities and is located a short distance from a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket on Piazzale Siena.

All major amenities, including bars, pharmacies, and restaurants, are located near the apartment.

Street parking is available in blue-line zones; parking fees apply on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.





- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge applies:

* Between 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM, a surcharge of 25 euros applies.



The apartment is located in an area with plenty of amenities, about 400 metres from the Gambara and Bande Nere stops on the red M1 subway line, which provides direct connections to Piazza Duomo, San Babila, and the Castello Sforzesco. The city centre is easily accessible by public transport, as is the Central Station, from which direct trains depart for Italy’s major cities and airport shuttles run.

- From Milan’s Linate Airport, you can take the M4 to San Babila, where you can transfer to the M1 subway line at the San Babila station (a 3-minute walk) and ride to the Bande Nere station, which is a 4-minute walk from the property.



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Cadorna Station, where you can take the subway (M1) to the Bande Nere stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- From Stazione Centrale, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro (M2) to the Cadorna stop, from where you can take the M1 to the Bande Nere stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for a fee at Viale Aretusa Parking, open 24 hours a day, just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Additionally, you can park on the street (for a fee on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
