The space
Located on the fourth floor (with an lift) of a historic building from the early 1900s, the apartment offers a comfortable setting, ideal for any type of stay (whether you’re looking to experience Milan for a short holiday, during Fashion Week or Design Week, or for business while attending the city’s many trade shows).
It measures 75 square metres, is recently renovated in a modern style, features hardwood floors, and is equipped with all the amenities.
The entryway opens onto a spacious living room of about 40 square metres, featuring a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a living room unit with a 50-inch TV, a table and chairs, and an open kitchen overlooking the living area, fully equipped for cooking and featuring all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.
The bathroom features a spacious shower stall equipped with a hair dryer.
The sleeping area consists of a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, nightstands, a large chest of drawers with a 40-inch TV, and a large, well-equipped walk-in closet.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning (both independently controlled), as well as mosquito screens.
