A spacious and versatile space, featuring a comfortable corner sofa that converts into a bed (complete with sheets, pillows, and a comforter), ideal for relaxing or accommodating a third guest. You’ll also find a comfortable workspace with a desk and an ergonomic chair 💻🪑, perfect for remote work. Rounding out the space is a large TV so you can enjoy your favourite films in total relaxation. 🎬

-🍳 Open kitchen:
Modern and fully equipped, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker ☕, kettle, dishwasher, plates, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
You can enjoy your meals with friends and family around an elegant glass dining table. 🍽️

Guest access
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will hand you the keys.

*€100 FEE FOR THOSE WHO LOSE THE APARTMENT KEYS.*

Guests who check out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is just 20€.
There is a 15€ charge for separate beds.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer our guests access to a partner taxi service with exclusive, fixed rates that are often more affordable than standard prices.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
