Great location, close to Milano Centrale with plenty of restaurants around for food. Our room was okay. Good space and a comfortable bed. We were on the ground floor, so I disliked that our window opened out onto the street and our room seemed to share a wall with a nearby restaurant as we could hear people talking, dishes clanging and chairs scraping. Our bathroom also had an accessible shower, which meant that showering resulted in the entire floor getting wet. Thankfully the rooms were serviced each day, as the cleaners did a great job with resetting the bathroom for us. Overall, it was a very convenient place to stay if being close to the Milano Centrale is important for you.

Around the corner from Milan Central and an even shorter walk to the Metro. Very convenient and generally comfortable room that was cleaned daily.

Super clean, great breakfast options (not included with room) and priced well for area. Very dark inside. Inconvenient to have to go back up to reception to get voucher for breakfast buffet during a very busy time.

Admittedly we arrived very late although we had made the hotel aware of a late check-in. However the room we were given was poor. Right next to the check-in area so quite a lot of movement, and a bathroom clearly designed for disabled use. Not a hotel I would rush to stay in for more than a late overnight!

In general the staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast lounge is nice & the service is pleasant.The meals are great.The room cleaning is satisfactory. In terms of servicing they do not provide tissues in the rooms & the TV channels are limited to more local channels.

The hotel was fine but the climate control was not working and it was 80 degrees in the room when we got there. Even after shutting off the system, it just kept getting hotter and they said there was nothing they could do. So stifling hot we couldn’t sleep. And it was only 45 degrees outside!

I was upgraded to their sister hotel Glam. Amazing hotel with a room overlooking Centrale. No complaints at all in fact I have booked Glam again for my trip on the 17th. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed about room Wasn’t same what we looked before we booked We feel like we are in coffin no window also room was located next to service corridor which doesn’t give us privacy and rest specially early in the morning when staff start to do them daily duties A part of that room been clean and tidy Just friendly advice next time just added photos which are accurate about how look the room because this one which we been given is nothing even close to quality which we booked

Great for value and located near Central station. The area isn't the most interesting. We had a free upgrade which was a very nice surprise. However, the room was very hot and stuffy we couldn't get the air to work. The shower was very dark and had no light, we could also feel the water under the shower in classic Italian plumbing sylr. All round ok adore the money we paid and we only stayed 1 nights.

Nice hotel with new, modern, spacious room and great service. Very near to Milano Centrale Station and 2 metro stations. Very nice of hotel staff Laura in helping me check and interpreat mobile service provider iliad's Italian instructions on modifying my monthly iliad data subscription payment to manual payment, so that my YouTrip debit account won't be automatically charged with the monthly iliad data subscription fees after we are back to our country. Though Laura also didn't know how to go about doing this because she is not a subscriber of iliad, she patiently listened to my requests and she checked with another staff, as well as she checked online. Finally, she understood how to do that and she helped me do it. Thanks so much, Laura! Without getting this done, I'll be having lots of issues with my YouTrip debit account getting deductions monthly and I'll have difficulty understanding the instructions on Italian back home.

The hotel is at 5 min walk from the Milan Central Station. The hotel interiors are a bit retro type. The room was specious and modern. The heater was a bit low but that wasn't a big issue. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Milan.

NO AC
There is no AC starting in October in this hotel even though AC is stated in the listing. We understand that those are cooler months but there are no windows to open. Our balcony was not private so we were not able to leave it open while we slept for safety purposes.

Disappointing stay due to roasting heat
Stayed here plenty of times, usually spot on. This time my room was 28 degrees(82F), spoke to reception, no air con available November-April. Reception said they’d turn the heating off, made no difference. Room stayed that warm for 3 days, had to open window to let cold air in, couldn’t do that whilst I was out so room got hot again. Disappointing stay as shouldn’t be roasting whilst you sleep, fresher air helps people sleep. Maybe revisit the temperatures across the hotel as made it an uncomfortable stay.

The location was good, but there are mosquitoes in the room even though it’s in October. The aircon is centralized, hence can only off the heating system and open the windows.

Pretty essy to get to and out of ZTL, which is great. Nice breakfast selection and rooms with amazing views in Milan. A/C didn't seem to work at night and beds are on the firmer side.

Location was great. Condition of the hotel left a little more to desire - water faucet was shaky, bathroom layout was just not functional. Could also do with a little more basic amenities like hand towels, tissue paper, etc. Door lock also seemed a little unsafe. Not sure how I would feel here as a single female traveler.

Great location, ideal location!
Great location, very close to central station and can take a metro into Milan within 10 minutes, metro stops right outside the Duomo which is amazing! A few restaurants around by the hotel, great street food place in central station. Can also takes trips from nearby- my coach to Lake Como was a 5 min walk. Friendly staff, let me check in early as the room was ready! nice clean and tidy room :) Can be quite noisy because of location but good for the price!
