i stayed in the hotel over the weekend and unfortunately discovered that our rooms were dirty, broken and moldy. The first night we stayed in room 608 and it was terrible. There was no door to the shower cubicle and so all the water came into the room. We had to get up in the middle of the night to dry the floor. The walls, the sink - actually almost everything was covered in mold. The toilet seat was so broken that you had to fear that it would break completely as soon as you sat down. There was hair all over the floor from previous guests and some of the towels/bath towels had stains on them. The next day we got another room (601), but it was just as dirty and moldy. The only difference was that the toilet seat was intact and there was a door to the shower cubicle. Water still came out of the shower cubicle.

When we arrived around 15:00 which is 1 hour after the check in time, the room is not ready, we have to leave the luggage at the hotel and carried on without having rested in the room. Staff haven’t provided any solution or compensation. We checked in around 21:00, my bathroom is not clean, a dirty towel has been left on the bathroom counter, hair and water residues everywhere, no toilet paper. When requested toilet paper, the staff entered with their key when I was stuck in the bathroom my husband waiting by the front desk waiting for the toilet paper to be brought to him ( the staff told him to wait) . Bed sheets has obviously stain, even it looks like freshly washed. Not recommend at all, please avoid.

De hecho, quien viajó a Italia fue mi hija por motivos de Estudio, y se reservó una noche, pero por VUELO CANCELADO en México No ocupó el hospedaje ese día y el Hotel No quiso cambiar la fecha de reservación. Se perdió mi dinero.

Excellent selection of breakfast, very clean and airy room with balcony, lovely courtyard garden, close to bus stop and 5-7 min walk to the metro. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotellet er generelt slidt og mangler modernisering. Der var indbrud i vores bil og tingene blev stjålet på gaden lige foran hotellet, men ingen empati eller forståelse fra hotellet - vi blev bare henvist til politiet. Dårligt og utrygt kvarter. Vi ikke kommer ikke der igen.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Leistung der Klimaanlage ist nicht mehr standesgemäß. Sie kühlt das Zimmer nicht runter, an heißen Sommertagen ist es im Zimmer viel zu warm. Unserem Wunsch nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde nachgekommen. Leider war es im anderen Zimmer ebenso viel zu warm. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt fussläufig zur Metro.

Péssimo serviço de quarto. Desrespeito. Abusurdo.

Ótimo atendimento recepção. Ótima localização. Bom café da manhã. Supermercado, pizzaria e metrô próximos. Péssimo serviço de quarto. Saches de chá e café solúvel somente são fornecidos no primeiro dia de hospedagem. Não são repostos. A funcionária da limpeza não limpa o quarto, não troca as toalhas. Apenas recolhe o lixo e arruma a cama. Nada mais que isso. Deixamos as tolhas de banho para serem trocadas no chão, como de praxe, mas por incrível que pareça, a funcionaria colocou as mesmas toalhas estendiadas no banheiro. Verdadeiro absurdo. Anti-higiênico. Completa falta de respeito. Tivemos que solicitar toalhas na recepção. O chão não era limpo diariamente. Quando estávamos lavando a xícara de café, a quebramos acidentalmente. Quiseram nos cobrar 10 euros pelo dano. Argumentamos que teria sido um acidente, mas ainda assim insistiram na cobrança, reduzindo o valor para 5 euros. Está longe de ser um hotel 4 estrelas. Existem hotéis melhores e mais baratos.

Het is een mooi hotel met aardig en vriendelijk personeel. Ik vond de omgeving wel vies veel rommel op straat. De metro is op 5 min lopen en dan sta je met een minuut of 20 in het centrum van Milaan
