Clean room and good variety at breakfast. Only 1 small elevator was working due to maintenance for 1 month, which meant a long wait at times

Hotel Berna
Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap! But everything else was excellent!

QC room Milano Porta Romana
The front desk were all great! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome. Very clean hotel & the complimentary drink testing in the lobby was amazing !!
