"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"Great 1 night stay. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Beautiful building in the heart of Klagenfurt. The town itself is very charming. Free street parking between 6pm - 8am, otherwise, the hotel parking and breakfast options are too expensive."

"We thought the hotel was lovely, but I had two issues with the door/lock system: 1. The room door is difficult to unlock. It was unclear how we were supposed to use the key in conjunction with the button and we had a lot of difficulties to unlock the door. 2. As there is no lock or bolt inside the room, our toddler was able to easily open the door and wander out (which he almost did a few times). We were concerned about him leaving the room without us waking, which fortunately did not occur, but I would not recommend this for small children."
