"The first thing we noticed was how small the room was, which is ok for a couple, there wasn’t a coffee maker, or a hairdryer, there was an unpleasant odor in the air, there was only one cup, no extra pillows or blankets, the floors dirtied our socks, the grout and drain in the shower was orange in places almost ready to become black mold, and the towels were thin and tattered."
