Lovely 3 bed/3 bath apartment next to the beach in popular La Cala de Mijas, with terrace, sea views and close to amenities.



This bright top floor apartment is situated in a 2 storey building without lift. It has an open plan living area furnished with a leather sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table for 6 people. Fully fitted modern kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. From the lounge you access a super nice little terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, furnished with sofa, 2 armchairs and a table.



There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, and 3 bathrooms ensuite, all with showers. Storage room with washing machine and the perfect place to hide the luggage or golf bags.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all the rooms and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.



The beach, restaurant and bars are just outside the door - it is really the perfect location for a vacation! The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the main street in La Cala where you can find a good regular bus service, supermarket, pharmacy and lots of other servicies.





La Cala de Mijas is a typically Andalusian white washed fishing village situated on the Costa del Sol, located between the towns of Fuengirola and Marbella. A walk along the beautiful promenade is a delight and the sandy beaches are very popular with several chiringuitos serving fish and sea food. La Cala has a lot to offer and everything here is within walking distance for an easy life. Malaga Airport is just 30 minutes drive away.

Perfect location

We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was in an ideal location. Waking up each morning and seeing the sea, within a short walk to restaurants,bars and shops was just perfect! The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our holiday in this lovely beach town. Situated just one street back from the beach there’s lots to do or not do and lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for our party of 4. We did have a couple of plumbing issues but these were swiftly resolved by contacting Felicity Sol Rentals. Plumbing!

Fabulous location beside the beach

There was a cafe on our doorstep and a multitude of restaurants to choose from. There was no noise on the evenings we stayed in. A well appointed apartment 30 seconds from the beach. Fabulous, would love to stay again. Needs a new flying pan, food sticks to the one in the apartment. Can you also print clearer instructions to connect to WiFi, took us a few days to figure it out.

Great loaction

Great location, nice appartment. Had an issue with the tv and this was sorted straight away. Only suggestion would be a quick idiot's guide on how to work cooker and tv.

Brilliant location

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for a long weekend. This apartment is in a brilliant location, being close to the beach, the boardwalk and all the shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms all have an en-suite which was great for us all trying to get ready to go out at the same time. I would definitely stay here again. Just a note for those that cannot manage stairs very well. There is no lift and it is 38 stairs to the level this apartment is on. This did not put us off at all (we may pack our cases a little lighter next time though!) A super place to stay.

This apartment is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. Lack of comfortable chairs and settee. Two on suite showers were initially unusable but a call to the agency resulted in prompt action. Our overall thoughts were that the apartment could have been better considering the cost.
