Modern, luxurious, and new holiday rental, ideally located in La Cala de Mijas, with sea views and just five minutes' walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. This apartment offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. The property accommodates six people in three double bedrooms, with three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The open-plan living area connects to a spacious west-facing terrace where you can enjoy sea views. The building has an elevator to all levels. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities, including fiber optic Internet, smart TV with access to streaming services and various international channels, as well as air conditioning and heating.



The private outdoor area features a fully equipped covered terrace. The schedule and availability of the pool may vary due to circumstances beyond the host's control. Public transport connections are within walking distance. There is an underground parking space available for guests. Families with children are welcome, but pets are not allowed. Fabulous apartment

Location fantastic, apartment and complex spotless and all the amenities in the apartment you would expect for our stay. Only thing I’d expect is some linen changes to be included for the trip as it was a bit tricky getting bedding dry on balcony. I thought €50 for 3 beds was excessive so did it myself. Apart from that this is a fantastic complex, management team were very helpful. Would 100% stay again but owners have now put prices up too much for 2025!
