2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd floor apartment with sea views.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with lift access with a bright spacious lounge. The comfortable sofas and dining table provides ample seating for a family or 4 adults and the patio doors open out onto a good sized private terrace with outside dining area and fitted barbecue area overlooking the communal gardens and pool. as well as offering views of the Mediterranean.
The tropical gardens and communal pool are well maintained. There is secure off road parking available to this property, although a car is not essential as the La Siesta 1 complex is just a few minutes' walk to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The beach, golf course and bus routes are within 5 minutes walk from this property.
There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout and complementary Wifi and internet TV are provided.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square meterages are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will to allapply bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement: 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

The location of the property couldn't be faulted, right on the strip . The pool was fantastic and the grounds were immaculate. The air con unit in the second bedroom couldn't be used though as it kept leaking water even after it was 'fixed' after we reported it. So we had to use a fan in the children's room instead which wasn't ideal in August. The air con unit in living room leaked if the bottle was emptied every few hours also. The main bedroom unti worked great though. Beds were very comfy.

The Apartment was very clean great location. Gardens and pool excellent clean and very well kept. Very quiet especially through the night.
Terrace very spacious with good views. Could do with a bit of renovation, paint, floor tikes return on BBQ
