Location, Location! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachside ground floor apartment, south facing, beautiful landscaped grounds and garden area in front of the terrace. Two large pools with roman steps, allowing easy access in and out and shallow ends.
The apartment is bright, airy, cool and relaxing. Open plan, on one level with regular/disabled parking a few metres from the front door.
Everything is on your doorstep, numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the stunning boardwalk/beach.
You can walk to everything within 150 metres from my apartment. Its a lovely area with numerous bars, restaurants (including Spanish & international cuisine). There are 2 supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, cafes, takeaways, beach clubs, beach bars and Chiringuito's. There is the beautiful boardwalk leading all the way to Capabino Marina in Marbella (30 minute walk) in one direction and La Cala de Mijas (40 minute walk) in the other direction. It really is a stunning area of the Costa Del Sol.
Other local amenities within 150 metres include hairdressers, nail salon, sports club tennis club, car rental, a park holding regular events, ATM cash machine, dental clinic, doctors and a fuel station.
Close by (within 500 metres) is the renowned Miraflores golf course & driving range.
The apartment is 30 mintutes drive from Malaga airport. 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from Gibraltar Airport. The bus stop is 150 metres from the apartment which runs regularly into La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola and the other way to Marbella, so getting around could not be easier. There is a taxi station 150 metres from the apartment and Uber also run in the area. There is gated disabled and regular parking right outside the apartment which is completely accessible.
