Bright ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace located in the lower part of Calahonda in the heart of the quiet beach complex of LOS ROSALES I. This one bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is ideal for spending a pleasant family vacation enjoying the pool, the proximity of the sea and all the amenities that the area offers. Located in the lower part of Calahonda in the middle of a quiet environment, but 10 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all services.
The Sitio de Calahonda area is ideal if you are looking for peace and tranquility a short distance from the beach and close to the nightlife of Marbella and Fuengirola. It is an attractive place for its golden beaches and the blue sea, it is well connected to Fuengirola 14 km away, 40 km from Malaga International Airport and about 15 km from the famous Marbella. There are all kinds of services such as night entertainment. Sitio de Calahonda is a cozy vacation spot that consists of several developments, gardens and children's play areas, shopping centers with all types of businesses, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, bus and taxi stops, etc. ...
