Absolutely lovely room and amenities, such an interesting place to stay!

Great location! Restaurant and bar as well as the history added to the appeal.

Beautiful hotel with AMAZING STAFF! They begin with a lovely cup of tea on check in, and Romano was SO fast at bringing my bags up to my room! Even though I came in during the rain, AND peak busy check in time. Romano was hustling between drying the floors so nobody slipped, greeting clients, hauling bags, etc. Here’s the AMAZING part: when I checked out I accidentally left my carry on in the room! It had EVERYTHING in it: jewelry, medications, all my chargers, my tablet-basically my whole life: Romano REMEMBERED I was taking the train to Queenstown, and he jumped in the car and drove all the way to the station to catch me and return my bag!!! I was in TEARS of joy and relief! What an absolute ANGEL!

Room area for the 2 bedroom apartment were of a good size. I love that the apartment has washer and dryer in the unit. Walking distance to Woolworths . Love it
