  • Our home is located in the small town of Mifflin in beautiful, rural, Juniata County, just 2 minutes from the Juniata River. The house is 5 minutes off of Route 322, making it easy to access. This 3 bedroom home features a back deck, along with a table and 3 chairs, great for cookouts (we have a grill available for guests)!

Port royal speedway trip

House was in a good location. Easy to find. House could’ve been cleaner. When it says it has air conditioning and feels about the same temperature upstairs as outside, I don’t consider that as having air conditioning. Other than that our say was good.

My fiancé and I are getting married in the Juniata Valley area in 2025 and needed a place to stay with our dog so we could meet with vendors and just generally enjoy the surroundings. Immediately upon entering the rental, we were greeted with freshly picked strawberries and cut flowers from their garden, as well as a very thoughtful note congratulating us on our engagement. We knew right away that the hosts were very vested in the experience of their renters. From bedroom to living room to kitchen, we felt completely at ease. Even our dog made herself right at home! All the rooms were spacious and comfortable to be in. The space could easily accommodate 5-6 people. We recommend this property to anyone who is planning a wedding, attending a wedding, or is looking to enjoy the slower pace of the Juniata River Valley. We will be booking again as we will be making several trips to the area leading up to our big event!

This older residence, situated on a corner lot, includes a designated parking space. Construction activities in the vicinity resulted in considerable noise disturbance early each morning.
