"The person running the pool, Piotr I think was great with my son and Otter kids as weel. Helping them with swinging instructions at the same time being service minded towards other guests. We stayed 21-22 of july and it was Nice! "

"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on. "Excellent but 1 downer. The coffee system at breakfast which I was told is to be fixed. After a 30-minute wait for coffee and the lone machine would still not work, a member of the staff did make a cup of coffee for me. Besides that, a most pleasant stay."

"Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z"
