"The rooms are clean. The lobby was cluttered with boxes of linen. Our room door didn’t lock securely, other than that I had a very nice stay. There were a lot of repairs going on in the hotel"

"My experience with the hotel was amazing and Lawanda, the front desk clerk, was very hospitable and accommodating. Unfortunately, you do have to pay for parking. However, when parking, you have access to your room floor from the parking garage which was very convenient with luggage."

"One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because there was a refrigerator in the room, let the listing. We brought sodas and waters with us and opened the fridge to find it was very warm. After making sure it was plugged in, we said something to the gentleman at the desk on our way out. I told him our refrigerator wasn’t working. He stood there frozen looking at me like I was crazy and said didn’t try the switch inside? I said no we didn’t know there was one. He said you have to hit the switch but it’s not a refrigerator, just a cooler and it cools for two hours. That’s not even a little bit helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. Shower floor was very slippery. Other than these things, it served our purpose as a place to spend the night a few nights while visiting our son."
