When we arrived to check in at 930 (as noted in the special request section) the receptionist told us she didn’t have a room for us that could accommodate a dog. “Not all of our r rooms are pet friendly, we don’t have anything for you”. So after a 13-hr drive we were turned away, DESPITE booking it through Expedia, and the cherry on the cake was that she was downright nasty about it, gleeful even, that she could say no. Will never stay at a Quality inn again, and would encourage you to seek alternatives. We eventually found a decent overnight stay at the Extended Stay suites down the block-2 beds and a kitchenette for $100. "
