"This was the perfect place to call home while I was conducting business in Utah Valley."

"The place was filthy. You had to request housekeeping to clean your room it was not an automatic thing. I saw this plastic garbage bag in the hallway just sitting there, I felt like taking it down to the dumpster, it was there for two nights of our stay. The room was dirty and there is no sense of pride from the staff. You can tell the morale in this hotel was down just by talking with the staff. I will never stay here again. Its not a motel bates, it supposed to be a reputable place."

"Hotel in horrible condition! Tile in bathrooms broken, wallpaper and walls all in bad condition, bed skirts and bedsheets scary to look at. Not clean, not ironed. No sage or refrigerator in the rooms, no water. Vending machine doesn’t work. Just horrible!!!"

"It was a room with a kitchenette.I didn't need to utilize it.The only downside would have been if I had been there for a longer stay.The things like mugs plates et.Cetera, have to be purchased.I'm the only downside to my visit was a loud neighbor but the hotel itself was much better than expected . "I went there because I love the pool but it was closed and they never told us when we were checking in or on your website. Expedia does not say the pool was closed so I was really upset because it was my 28th anniversary. My husband is a truck driver. He just started his new job and had to ask permission for these days and we didn’t get what we wanted. They never told us when we checked in that the pool was closed so we got ready to go to the pool and it was close I was really disappointed. I even cried because I was looking forward to being at that hot tub"
