"Beautiful hotel, immaculate public areas. Bedroom was quite tired in parts, and the beds quite small considering they were meant for 2 people (our room was a family room to sleep 4, our children are 6 & 2) Bathroom is also quite small for a family, but overall it was peaceful, clean & very comfortable in a perfect location. "

"We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Hotel 3232. Our room was on the 17th floor of the main building. It was clean and comfortable, and bigger than I expected for NYC. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, and would most definitely stay again, next time I’m in NYC. "
