Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. Common area always dirty.The rooms are small basic, the hairdryer must be requested and it is not always available.Honestly, for the cost paid, I expected much more than such a basic structure...."
