We stayed in the family room it has 4 queen beds. That was cool because we needed 4 beds, but in one room. And two beds were fine but the other two were just so bad they really need new mattresses. We had to walk down the stairs from the 3rd floor or call the front desk to send the elevator up because the button didn't work

The hotel is going through renovation, but it is still very clean and the room was very nice. Too bad the pool is not open, and the Internet is mediocre at best. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel should significantly improve its breakfast. The selection is very limited, and on Sunday at 8:00 a.m., they had already run out of scrambled eggs, and there was no juice available either. Also, placing a sign that says “We apologize for the inconvenience” in front of an out-of-service elevator does not resolve the inconvenience for guests. Apologies are appreciated, but the real solution is to repair the elevator. Good service is not just about acknowledging a problem; it is about fixing it. On the positive side, the front desk staff is very friendly and courteous, and overall, the hotel looks good and is pleasant in other respects.

I was traveling from Arizona back to DFW and this was a convenient place to stop for the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to get back on the road too early for the free breakfast the next morning. Both of the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and friendly. Parking was ample and well lit. Overall a very affordable and convenient place to stay!
