The rooms are good for the price, but the staff is usually not at the front desk and there are usually a gang of men sitting at the rear entrance and it’s not the best scene.

The room was much better than out last visit. The one thing is the bottom of the bathtub was in poor shape and the handle fell off when I went to turn it on. The room and bathroom were clean.

Andrews close to Pilot

Not a bad place, its really clean and the staff is so nice. It is very close to work so we decided to stay here.

Broken elevator when we had requested an accessible room. Breakfast was almost gone when we got there. The food was dry and cold.

Second floor hallway had a mold smell to it if you’re an early riser, I wouldn’t stay here because they have no coffee until 6 o’clock when they serve breakfast and their breakfast was disgusting for all the workers in the area you would figure they would have stuff out earlier

We were on a long road trip and pleased to find this hotel in the "middle of nowhere"! It was clean and quiet and comfortable. We were able to walk to a nearby fast food place for dinner, and the grab and go breakfast was good.

Power went out. Took stairs that were not lit to desk. Asked if they had any flashlights or previsions for the situation. They did not. Asked to speak with manager and he refused to speak with me. Only to have staff tell me I should have left and a refund was not going to be issued, despite me not asking for one.

Horrible stay!

We arrived a saw windows broken on th front of the motel. We were immediately concerned about our safety. In the room was not well cleaned. We moved one of the chairs and it had a lot of trash underneath it. Went to take a shower and the handle fell off into my hand. Last time we will book at a Baymont hotel.
