The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. We ask that you please pull the dumpster to the end of the driveway if you are staying during a trash pickup day.
Yard maintenance will be done Tuesday mornings for the front and backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful home and great communication with the host! Thank you so much. We will definitely try to stay here every time we’re in Midland. And it was so helpful to have the garage access, it was raining when we came home and to be able to pull right in and stay dry was a real plus! Everything was very clean and felt like home.

Very clean and spacious property — beautifully maintained. I stayed here with a co-worker for a business trip, and we had plenty of room to work and relax. The owner was very responsive, and the entire stay went smoothly. I’ll definitely book again for future trips to the area!
