"The room wasn’t the room I booked for. The bed was a queen and I booked for a king. The bathroom was rusted and dirty. The telephone at the location does not work so you can’t call the hotel for anything. They do not clean your room daily or give you clean towels daily you have to go down to the front desk and ask for towels if you want them."
