The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. the kitchen and living room are open. Living room has a large tv with cable and a nice sitting area. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms equipped with queen beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs along with lounge area that has a twin day bed. Outside there is a deck with a seating area and grill. The detached single level guest house is equipped with a full kitchen, has 2 king beds located in the open space living area equipped with a full bathroom.

Memorial Day in Newport

We spent the week in this lovely home in Middletown. The house was perfect for us and our twin sons. The kitchen was awesome and the house is sunny with a lovely yard and nice renovation. The location was very convenient. The owner was amazing about communicating.

Our family of 7 plus one baby stayed here for a destination wedding in Newport. The house is thoughtfully laid out with a well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this property.

Exceeded expectations

Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill. Nice bonus - beyond the back yard is a horse property and it was so nice to watch them roam around.

Beautiful house in Newport

We really loved this house and the family really enjoyed themselves. Very clean and well organized and it was obvious the attention to detail. The location is very good and only a short drive to downtown Newport. Other amenities like groceries etc. are only a few minutes away. The owner was very friendly when I had questions. Highly recommend.

Location quiet peaceful not too far from town , bathroom upstairs made lots of noise when shower was in use use, also the outdoor seating was super wet due to rainif it was a better quality pitdoor couch it would have dried within few hours but it stayed wet for all 3 days , place clean quaint , it at night , sugdurm

Beautiful House and great location

The house was just as described. Ted was very prompt in answering any questions. They even had a full size crib. The location was great with an easy ride to Newport. The Newport winery is 5 minutes and Sweet Berry Farm was a short distance and a great stop. We had a wonderful time and loved the house. We would definitely recommend it.

Visit to Middletown

Our children, grandchildren and a sig other gathered to celebrate an out-of-country daughter's birthday while she was training at Naval facility close by. Plenty of space for those who stayed over. Kitchen well stocked w necessities. A/C worked great - our visit and a heatwave collided. Lawn was mowed the second day so fun for limited outdoor activity. I would recommend this property.

Excellent Location!

We stayed here with 6 adults- myself, my husband, our 2 adult kids and their significant others. The location was perfect for everything we did! The Newport Nat'l Golf course, the winery, sunset sail, cliff walk, Easton, tours, restaurants etc... The house is super cute inside and out. Communication with Ted was fantastic and he took care of what was needed. I messaged him after about a few minor repairs that were needed and a few suggestions to make future guests more comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay! We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the living room a lot. It was perfect for 3 adult couples. Check out instructions were easy. Would stay here again!
