This first floor apartment of a 2-family building sleeps 2 adults comfortably (parties up to 4 with kids under 12) is located just minutes driving distance to the Navy base, Middletown beaches, and local farms just outside of the popular Newport. We welcome guests with pets and offer some nice shared outdoor space which includes a yard and covered patio space. Year-round availability for short and longer-term stays.
