My sister and I vacation in Newport just about every summer. The cottage was well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. We were able to check in early because the cottage had been cleaned. The location was close to the beaches and keeps you out of the hustle and bustle in town while still being close enough so you can experience the mansions, cliff walk, and the center of Newport. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

This property was cozy, comfortable, and immaculately clean when we arrived. We really appreciated the large living room and all of the comfortable seating so that our family of four could spend time together. The location was fantastic! We were only about a 6-7 minute drive to Second Beach in Middletown and about a 15 minute drive into Newport, which was so convenient to everything we wanted to do on our trip. The beds were very comfortable and the washer/dryer was great after returning home from the beach. The property manager, Chadd, was very responsive through the VRBO app and went out of his way to resolve a quick WiFi issue we had during our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the water in the faucets and shower was high in sulfur and smelled like rotten eggs and the water pressure in the shower was very low for three girls with long hair. However, we always felt clean after our showers and the smell did not linger whatsoever. We would return to this property again in the future for sure!
