Sweet and darling 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage spanning one level with an adorable outside Parisian inspired patio with twinkle lights, seating, and gas grill. This darling cottage packs a punch with it's modern, white kitchen and charming thoughtful layout. A stylish, queen size bedroom with closet space leads right off of the living room area and the opposite bedroom is furnished with a full size bed with a twin trundle pull out if needed. You will also find a desk in this room if remote work is needed. This cottage is such a delight and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Location quiet, peaceful and close to beach while still being near downtown Newport. Pets OK with fee! Laundry! AC mini splits in bedrooms! Parking for 2 cars

*If you plan on using the air mattresses please bring your own sheets for that. We provide sheets and towels for all the actual beds including the trundles, which can be found in the closets. Each property should have extra pillows and blankets also.
