"front desk was rude. laundry out of service, breakfast not good. not much there and no juice machine, it was out of order too. tv remote did not work. lamp had no light bulb. bathroom door did not close. stay away."

"This hotel was filthy. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Sloppy craftsmanship on a cheap renovation. The alarm clock did not work. The phone was unplugged from the wall when I entered the room. The water pressure and temp in the shower was really good but the whole thing leaked and the plug drain was disgusting and disconnected. I expected that the price was the tiny room and no amenities. The room size didn’t bother me a bit. I only needed to sleep don’t need anything large. I did expect for the carpets to have been cleaned anytime in the last 5 years. "

"The hotel had a musty smell, the carpets were dirty, the blankets and pillows were stained and overall the hotel was very different than the pictures. Furniture was damaged, the ice maker was broken and overall the hotel seemed dirty. Very disappointed considering I was hoping for a great overnight stay with my kids for spring break. I would not recommend and won’t return. "

"We attended a concert in nearby Shipshewana IN, and looked for a more budget friendly hotel than those offered in Shipshewana. Reviews indicated this Best Western was a good choice - and it was! The room was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the Continental breakfast was good (4 kinds of dry cereal, a waffle maker, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, and 2 kinds of bottled juice). At $40 cheaper than the Shipshewana hotels, it was a no brainer. We'll stay here again!"
