Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "On arrival we were given very friendly welcome, and we're told upgrade us to deluxe room, which we were very pleased with. Room was on upper floor, and had lift to second floor then few stairs to our room. Room was very comfortable, with sofa and chair, good size bathroom with bath and walk in shower, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we also had dinner one night and was ok. Would definitely recommend."
