Accommodation description:
Stay in a unique, comfortable harbor lodge in Middelaar. This floating holiday home is on the water but not navigable. Enjoy the terrace with hot tub and a rooftop terrace with 360° views of the surroundings. Parking is a 5-minute walk away; luggage carts are available. Air conditioning provides cooling and heating. A swimming diploma for kids is recommended due to the watery surroundings. A private swim ladder gives easy access to the terrace after a refreshing dip
The houseboat is located on the Mookerplas, near Germany, with restaurants and a beach with playground located at the marina. The area is ideal for walking and cycling, with Landgoed Mookerheide nearby. Numerous excursions are possible, including city visits in the Netherlands or Germany and attraction, playground or zoo visits.

As a water and sun lover, this place is perfect. The lake and fishing spot are right outside the door
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
