About this property
Private 5-Acre Retreat Near New Buffalo, Michigan City & the Indiana Dunes.
- Perched on the Michigan-Indiana border with easy access to the beaches and attractions of both New Buffalo and Michigan City. Enjoy all the area has to offer without sacrificing privacy. Home is set on 5 acres of land in a park-like setting with lots of mature trees.
The space
Home has been completely renovated (2024) and features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open floorplan, fully equipped kitchen, large breakfast bar, washer and dryer, and large wrap-around deck. There is some road noise given the proximity to I94, however, it is mainly only noticeable outside. Enjoy grilling on the deck, congregating around the firepit, or take advantage of the convenient location to enjoy the many nearby attractions, including beaches, parks, vineyards, breweries, shopping, and world-class dining.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to all areas of our home, except for the supply closet. There are yard games in the shed that you are welcome to utilize.
Other things to note
We allow up to 2 small pets per stay. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay per pet.
