EBENDE VILLA

AIKA House (which means gratitude in Tanzania), luxurious single-storey villa, spacious and refined. If you are looking for nature, beauty and peace, you are in the right place. This villa is located in the quiet village of Michamvi in ​​the south-east of the island. A twin villa is located opposite AIKA House. Both are located on a property of more than 4000m2 in the middle of a garden planted with Tanzanian plants, banana trees, coconut trees and flowers of all types, accompanied by a spacious swimming pool. AIKA House is inspired by a contemporary Afro style and is equipped with all the essential equipment for your daily life. The height of the typically African-style ceilings, the brightness of the place and the convenient access to the garden with swimming pool will bring you unique comfort. Our team does everything to make you feel at home. You can reach the complex by the main road, which is a 10-minute drive away. On site, there is free and private parking. You will be accommodated in front of the fine sand beach with a silent sea, only 3 minutes walk. The location is surrounded by greenery, facing south you will breathe the sea air and can shelter if you wish under the pergola of the villa or under the parasols around the swimming pool.

Pleasant stay!

The villa and the service with private guards was amazing. The host was very helpful through WhatsApp, and made sure we had a good time. But, we did not know that there was two houses on the property we thought that it was only one villa. Although we did not share the property with someone else since the other house was not booked this would have been nice to know. From the main road there is a 10-15 minute drive through a bumpy road. Although this is not more than 2-3 km it takes quit some time. The villa is located in Michamvi which is a 20-30 minute drive away from Paje. We travelled to Paje for restaurants, shops and etc., since there are not many good shops or restaurants in Michamvi. The Villa was very clean and the maids came to clean the Villa every three days. The cleaning could be faster or reduced to once a week. The guards was amazing! Smiled and took care of us!

Our stay at EBENDE VILLA was very comfortable, safe and quiet beautiful! The grounds are very well kept and the house and amenities are as advertised. The staff are very helpful and the property manager will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The property is very far out however, and the roads are very poor and remote to say the least. They will set up transportation for you but keep in mind travel time from the Villa when setting up your excursions.
