Welcome to a beautiful 750 ft.² well appointed apartment. Enjoy a good night's sleep with a Sterns and Foster’s queen mattress with views of the lake from your bed. The apartment includes a full kitchen with all new appliances, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen has all your needs for preparing food. The bathroom features a vintage pedestal sink, subway tile and a beautiful shower. Enjoy a large living area with wireless Internet and streaming service.
The lake is well known for bass fishing, the beautiful 12,000 acre lake is brimming with wildlife.

Both Gainesville and Ocala are within 30 minutes, however historic Micanopy is just a few minutes up the road, and it features antique stores, unique shops, and restaurants.
This unit is a garage apartment attached with a breezeway to the main home. There is a private entrance and parking provided. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. This is a perfect place to rejuvenate with fishing, kayaking and stargazing.
