"Disappointed. Is an understatement. We’ve stayed here a handful of times over the last couple of years and this visit was certainly our last. The hotel room was nasty and falling apart. Bathtub hardware (faucet, handles, shower head) literally popped out of the wall about 2 inches when I turned on the water. A photo frame fell off the bathroom wall at the same time this happened and shattered right next to my bare foot. None of the surfaces were clean. Towels and bedding were stained. Headboards were covered in nasty splatters and handprints. And outside window wouldn’t close!! It stayed open about 5 inches, which was extremely significant! The hot tub smelled awful and when we finished and got to the room, it was obvious how badly we smelled of all that same nastiness. The washer and dryer required quarters but the front desk had none… and they didn’t have any suggestions where to get some, when I inquired. The room was super affordable and I now understand why. This hotel has gone to SH. I will not return. Which is unfortunate because they had a lot of business from us in the past. "

"Friendly staff at check in and out. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Restaurants and shopping close by. Pool was closed but didn’t want to use it. Excellent breakfast. Tina the breakfast staff person was very friendly, made sure everything was stocked and asked if we needed anything. "

"No. The workers are nice, but they are very rough and dirty. The building is good but they are lack of good house keeping . The environment is dirty they don't wipe their tables. In my room all the tables was dirty, dhey dont wipe their tables, no washing the bathroom. If you look at the corners of the floor they are dirty. They dont sweep the floor. And, they don't wash the toilet. The place is not good for asthma patient or who ever is asthmatic. because of too much bleach. The place is smelling of bleach. There breakfast is horrible. I did not eat there breakfast because the workers her dirty and the environment is dirty and smelling horrible. They are lack of workers and housekeeping. I don't normally give reports about hotels, but I gave this report because of children. The place is not good for children."

"I stayed for one night while in town for a relative's 90th birthday. It had a great location and price. The property apppeared clean, just old. (Older fixtures, office chair pleather was 90% worn off, etc) The staff was very fiendly, and there were many options for breakfast. I took a star off because the pillows were "eh" and the door to my room looked like it had been kicked in, or pried open with a crowbar at some point. I feel like replacing the door is more of a safety issue due to the door looking very rough around deadbolt/latch and not having a safety chain. With that being said, I didn't feel unsafe. Overall, it was clean and served it's purpose to give me a place to rest my head. "
