The apartment is spacious, bright, and designed for groups or families of up to 8 people.
• Master Bedroom: A king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.
• Second Bedroom: Two full-size beds—ideal for 4 people.
• Living Area: In the living room, you’ll find a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.
• Amenities: Full kitchen (with a coffee maker for your mornings), in-unit washing machine and dryer, and a private balcony with dual views of the ocean and the city.

As the manager of this unit, my priority is to ensure you have a flawless stay. I’ll be available through the platform to address any questions or needs that arise before and during your trip. I like to give my guests space and privacy, but I’m always just a message away to make sure they feel at home.

To make a reservation, at least one guest must be 21 years of age or older.

The building charges a resort fee, which is not included in the total amount paid through the platform.
This fee applies to resort-style properties and covers access to the building’s amenities and services, such as the pool, spa pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and more.

Rates may vary depending on the season and length of stay.

A refundable security deposit is required, which is returned in full at check-out, provided there is no damage.

The apartment is located within Hyde Beach House in Hollywood, one of the most pleasant areas in South Florida for beachfront accommodation.
It is a quiet, well-maintained coastal area, ideal for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the beach without the crowds, yet it is also very well connected to key attractions such as the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, oceanfront restaurants, and shopping centers like Aventura Mall. The location allows you to easily travel to Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale without being in chaotic areas.
