sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, dining room that seats 6 and a beautiful

newly renovated fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances -

including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and

stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and

pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the

PLEASE NOTE:

\- Check-in time is 5:00PM

\- Check-out time: 12:00PM

\- Per Tides Condominium disposition, all guests must be accompanied to the

administrative office to check-in with property administrator designated

staff. Office hours are 9am-5pm.

\- Guest must coordinate with our staff for the registration. The contact

details will be provided in the check-in instructions.



Tides charges the following fees payable to the Condominium Association :



FOB KEY The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEY to access amenities

(gym, pool): $30 every two adults. Non-refundable. Charges subject to change

between time of booking and check-in date.

$100 bi-weekly

$125 three weeks

$150 four weeks

$10 daily

$20 overnight

$40 holidays



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Need a little extra time? We're happy to offer early check-in and late check-

out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for

the additional time. Please reach out in advance for approval.
