- 420 sq ft studio with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. Fully equipped units, you'll feel right at home. What makes this condo so attractive is its direct access to the beach from the pool. Sun all day, given the 11-story building. Family-friendly and fun. Private high-speed Wi-Fi, 43' HD Smart TV, Netflix. PARKING $30 per day. MONTHLY $600.
A registration fee and a $450 resort fee (mandatory for access to the pool, gym, sauna, and towels) must be paid to the host before check-in.
