Ready to move-in, fully furnished with two Queen size beds, desk and, equipped kitchenette with a cooktop, on the Intracoastal Waterway by the famous Collins Avenue.
Take a seat and enjoy the sunset on the Intracoastal Waterway from your own backyard or relax at the pristine Bal Harbour Beach with complimentary chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. You can also bike on the boardwalk with a Beach Haus bicycle, or visit the famous Bal Harbour Shops less than a mile away. On the first floor, you will find a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.
