Although the windows don't open for safety reasons, the view of the ocean, beach, and even cruise ships leaving port, are magnificent.If you want quiet and far from the crowds, the property is located at the tail end of South Beach. However, the outdoor restaurants you frequently see advertised are above 5th Street.The kitchen is quite small with little space for food preparation. There is no oven, but the microwave should handle most needs.The unit is spacious and will quite easily accommodate several people. Your host is attentive to all your needs and concerns, and will respond quickly to any inquiry.

The location of this property cannot be beat. We found it very kid friendly - walking distance to a great park and many, what we think, are kid-friendly restaurants. The unit itself is well-equipped and comfortable with fantastic views.

We love this hotel and have stayed there many times. This is the first time weve stayed at Kamran's condo and its exactly as described. This is a great location with several great restaurants nearby - we ate at Prime One Twelve, Prime Fish, Prime Italian, Santorini's and Smith & Wollenskys and all were great.
