Always stay at the Sheraton. The food is excellent and rooms are very comfortable. This stay however the fire alarm we off a few times and was so early in the morning which work me up. It seems like there was an issue with the system.

This is the best airport hotel for Miami airport. I always stay here, no exception. The shuttle is the fastest by far - every time without fail I see other travelers waiting ages for other hotel shuttles. Sheraton runs frequently and faster because of proximity to the airport. And it’s 24hrs whereas other shuttles aren’t. The staff is great also - extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are spacious and it has a great gym. There is a decent restaurant And bar also. As far as the area around it - Not Much to do but that is true for Any of the airport hotels so not unique to this one. If you’re looking for a clean and convenient airport Hotel in Miami, with great staff, then this is it. Don’t even think twice.

Really disappointed with the fact that I called the hotel itself before I booked the stay and asked if their was a shuttle to the cruise ports and was told yes and got there and their wasn’t and staff answer was who told you and show me proof online where it said there was and the room was not to clean beds and pillows won’t great area very noise as well as ac system

Check went great and appreciated Monique’s help. The air conditioning in our wasn’t working properly and it was promptly addressed and fixed. Very professional staff. Enjoyed the vibe at the restaurant as well. Hotel is convenient across the street from the Tri-Max and Miami metro.

Comfortable room and beds. The pool area is pleasant. However, the view behind the pool and back windows is a construction site, presently a dirt lot with bulldozers and trucks. During the day, there was constant noise from the vehicles. Day and night, of course with the facility being so close to the airport, there was the noise of jets taking off and landing. Bring your ear plugs!

Outdated and filty! The duvet was yellow old and looks moldy. We asked for a replacement but were told they don’t have a newer duver, they gave us a rugular blanket instead. Room is dusty and bathtub is dirty. Only good thing is it is close to the airport.

Entrance is nice, open, airy. Rooms are clean, restaurant had decent food. We opted to not stay for breakfast which was $$ ($35/adult, $22/child) buffet style.
