No bath mat, no face cloth and no hand towel. If we asked fresh towels doesn’t give us. The housekeeping said need to wait 3days from the day we check in. The mattress pad was dirty!

1. Office location moved without notice. Had to lug luggage around city streets to find it. 2. Directions to room were confusing and had to lug luggage around city streets again to find building location. 3. No towels in room. 4. Limited English skills of staff other than front office. LOCATION - a very short walk to the beach, so there was that. Would I stay again? No.

The first thing I’ll start with is that I originally book for Oceanside suites the one with the pool when I arrived they had put me in seaside suites. Pictures look nothing like the rooms.. the floor was so dirty my feet would get dirty just walking around the room even after I had showered.. I had to wear my shoes around the room… The staff refused to give me extra toilet paper on a 5 day stay. The one I started with was half a roll. The sheets were stained with yellow and pink stains. Had a weird smell in the room. Also the staff spoke to me very disrespectfully when I had questions or concerns. & for The neighborhood I only was walking to my car parked on the street over and was followed until I pulled my phone out to “record” them.
