The hotel is not fancy, but just what I need. Its location is convenient and the shuttle is reliable. Another hotel advertises free shuttle but the vehicle is always in the repair shop. I am satisfied.

Very close to airport. Just needed somewhere to sleep before boarding cruise ship. Overall room was clean. Would stay there again.

This property is very run down in terms of current market conditions. The room AC didnt work. There was water damage on multiple places in the roof leading to what i suspected was a mildew smell. The lighting in the room was poor, but just adequate enough. I did found 1 cockroach during my stay in the room (3 nights). The property around the area is very close to the airport, but it didn't give us a sense of safety due to a broken gate and building access panel so anyone can just walk in. The property staff was nice but you can sense they didn't want to be there and they didn't feel as welcoming. I had to go to the front desk multiple times the get my room key re-key to open my door due to their old door system. I highly recommend staying at another place because this place isn't worth the money even for the convenience of the location.

Our AC broke halfway through the trip and soaked all of our luggage. Nothing other than maintenance coming to fix it was offered even after showing that our luggage was soaked

Staff was extremely nice! I felt safe here, as a solo female traveler. Unfortunately, the AC was broken, its was 83 degrees in the room. The TV worked but the remote had no batteries. Got moved to a new room, the TV remote in the second room ALSO didnt have batteries, and the phone in the new room did not work….

Clean? Yes. However, we had to reprogram the room key several times, the toilet didn’t flush, there’s a coffee maker in the room (which I asked about when I booked the room because coffee first thing in the morning is important to us) - however they only had DECAF in the room. I went down to the front desk to ask- they told me they only have decaf. And it’s one of those coffee maker that’s not a keurig or regular coffee makers so unless I went out to buy another coffee maker….. 🙄 Also, the lamp was all rusty and there were not many outlets to plug anything in. Hate to complain but I won’t be staying here again

This hotel was Absolutely disgusting and the worst place I have ever been to. Rooms are dirty, and moldy. Customer service was horrible. They also sneak in a $10.00 parking fee per day. Breakfast was nothing but sweet crap, so nothing for a diabetics meal. The so called smking area was absolutely the mist disgusting thing I hVe seen. cig container was overflowing with old buts that were also all over the ground. Horrible place !!!!! No offer for a discount or upgrade, after giving us a room that was unlocked and the beds were used,Bathroom was nasty, would of rather gone outside!!! I cant even believe this place is allowed to be open.. pool also has mold...people, go somewhere else!!!!!

DISGUSTING PROPERTY! There was ashes on the bed and the nightstand in a room that was supposed to be non smoking- There was pubic hair on the bed as well, We had to sleep in our clothes. We were exhausted from 16 hr of travel and had to rest for 5-6 hours. In another room we booked there was a slice of bread crusted/old hard bread. The carpet in the hallway was the nastiest, dirtiest trash I have ever seen in my life. We have stayed at nicer motel 6.
