The result is a property where arriving feels effortless: a porte cochère drop-off, a two-story lobby where natural wood grain and veined stone set the tone, and an on-site team backed by a digital concierge that handles everything from check-in to housekeeping.

Every residence is fully furnished and finished with imported porcelain flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony with glass railings. Quartz countertops and matte black fixtures carry a consistent, considered palette from kitchen to bath.

The Premier Studio puts all of this into 486 thoughtfully planned square feet. A Queen bed anchors the room, a queen sleeper sofa brings occupancy to four, and a fully equipped kitchen covers everything from morning coffee to a proper dinner. The full bathroom includes a tub. A smart, efficient base designed with far more intention than its footprint suggests.

North Miami Beach occupies one of South Florida's most convenient corners: fifteen minutes from the sands of Sunny Isles Beach and Haulover Park, midway between the energy of Miami and the canals of Fort Lauderdale, with both international airports about half an hour away. It is a neighborhood where Miami's tropical side still leads. Oleta River State Park, Florida's largest urban park, puts kayaking, paddleboarding, and mangrove trails minutes from your door, while Greynolds Park adds golf and shaded picnic grounds. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
