About this property

On Beach - 3rd/Ocean - Direct Ocean View and Access - Pool

  • This is one of the few ocean facing apartments in this art deco building in SoFi. It's been completely renovated to reflect the beautiful light throughout the day, that starts with the sunrise. Furnishings are light and fresh; bedding and towels are high quality and comfortable.

    The beach is just out the back door, across the pool area, through a private walkway through the dunes. The condo is equipped with a Beach Club Card which allows you to receive two FREE beach chairs and one umbrella for free at Esteban's Place Beach Service (this is a $40.00 value per day anywhere else). The apartment includes beach towels. There is no service at Esteban's so either pack a cooler with your favorite drinks or hop over to The Savoy Beach Bar, just one block north for cocktails on the beach.

    The building just received some fresh paint, new artwork and some other repairs and renovations. It's well maintained and monitored. However, please keep in mind; it's a humble, low key art deco building of vacation rentals, not ultra luxury accomodations like the surrounding buildings and the area.

    More on the area, it doesn't get any better. Some notable hangouts are Nikki Beach Club, Carbone, Catch, Kissaki, Forte Dei Marmi, all within 3 blocks of walking distance. Boardwalk is right in the back of the building, parks and public spaces surround the whole area.

    For more casual options, just walk north on the boardwalk where you'll find a vibrant restaurant, bar and shopping scene.

    No parking garage in the building. A car is neither needed nor recommended but plenty of garages available in the area. Spot Hero app gets you the best options and rates. Uber is affordable and widely available.

Perfect location, had a great time!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Miami Beach. This property was perfect for us. We had a great view of the ocean and could walk to local restaurants and shopping. The property included chairs and umbrella service on the beach. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Miami Girls trip

This property was absolute perfection! Our view from the room was gorgeous, and we were so close to the pool and the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the place was absolutely spotless. One of my favorite vacations to date, and I have traveled a lot!

Perfect Location

This was our 1st time staying at Miami Beach. This location is perfect and within walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping and much more. This unit was perfect for us and love it being right on the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and value

The condo looks just like the pictures, is small but functional, and right on the beach. There was a cleaning issue upon arrival, but it was taken care of right away. A lot of restaurants within walking distance as well as a small grocery store. Having 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella available every day on the beach is a wonderful benefit to this property.

Great property with direct beach access. Communication with owner/mgr was great. The description is perfect. This end unit offers amazing view of Miami Beach. This visit met all our expectations and more. A big highlight was the ability to walk everywhere… including to get food, enjoy the scenic views, stroll the beach and give thanks for all we have. Like a beach cottage in a building

The apartment was exaxtly as described. We have stayed in this building many times in other apartments and this by far was the best. The view is great and you can watch the sunrise perfectly. The only drawback is the airconditioning. It needs to be upgraded. A little stuffy and warm but otherwise great.

Perfect getaway weekend

We had a great time here, communication and directions were easy, beach access is amazing. I didn't realize until I get there that most of the popular restaurants are within a short walk, you don't need a car really. The beach chairs and umbrellas made everything so easy, we didn't have to schlep all that and it's free to building residents. We didn't use the pool but it looked quiet and nice. The apartment itself is pretty much exactly what it looks like online. We didn't cook and the kitchen is very small but it was more than enough for a morning coffee. The view is beautiful and everything is very clean. Thank you so much, we're obviously coming back!

Just go with it

If you are strictly looking for placement, this is your place! Views of the ocean and very quickly accessible. For us, we made it work and were fine. Easy walk to the night life of ocean drive. Needs some deep cleaning and painting, doable though. It is old and the overall complex smells, not the actual comdo. Unfortunately there are not drawers to put your items, a few hangers, but basically living out of a suitcase.

Great location, unit is a little rundown

The location is perfect. Communication w property management great. Unfortunately the unit didn’t meet our standards for cleanliness. Everything needs a good clean, the property has seen a lot of use and reflects that. Air conditioning units very noisey and the unit doesnt smell fresh. The building itself is not in good shape, really beaten up foyer and hallways.

Nice location and property condition. Be mindful that air-con units are very loud, every night there was a group of neighbours sitting around swimming pool until late night, so you cannot keep windows open if you want to avoid the noise. Beds are not comfortable to sleep, and I would suggest need replacement of mattress and pillows. On the plus side - sea view from windows is amazing, access to the beach and beach card is definitely a plus (although fairly priced in), helpful beach toys, towels, etc. Unit is equipped enough to do cooking, but kitchen feels small and cramped, so we didn't really use it much.
