Hollywood Beach Oceanfront 12th Floor Apartment

Beautiful apartment, 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 full bathroom, living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a great view towards the ocean, kitchen fully equipped, electric blackout shades, 2 large heated pools, 2 gyms, central A/C, conference room, Concierge and valet parking 24/7, security service, Free high-speed WIFI, and 2 Smart TVs.
Beach chairs and Beach Umbrella, linens, face towels, bath towels, beach towels, and a two rolling coolers. Sleep 2. Maximum 2 Adults allowed.
Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, blender, laundry room on each floor with cards to load money. Laundry is a few steps away outside the unit.
A café downstairs by the lobby in the second building offering all sorts of drinks, breakfast, and lunch items while offering free delivery to your unit, the pool, or the beach.

Additional fees:
Extra $30 for Fob (electronic key) at check in only. Fob is used to open common areas and doors around the building. (1 per two adults) This is not included in the price. (Has to be paid to the management office upon arrival.)

This is a full amenities building on the beach. Close to dining and shopping. Minutes from Historic Downtown Hollywood is known for its charming streets, fine dining, cafés, bars, art galleries, and special events.
10 minutes from Aventura Mall, The Galleria in Ft. Lauderdale.
Approximately one mile from the Hollywood Boardwalk, just a 10 minute walk.

Very nice and clean. Elevators are tiny but didnt have any issues.will definitely stay again.Absolutely everything you need in the unit. Just bring yourself and grab groceries. You wont be disappointed.

Awesome view and location!! Ocean view, Gym, and ocean access everything was great! Several restaurants around the area and things to explore, We also had everything we needed like beach towels and chairs. Would definitely recommend this condo, it’s perfect for a little vacation getaway.

A bit disappointed

Pictures in listing were accurate.Nice pool and Pool area. Plenty of lounge chairs.Twin bed was actually a wheeled flip down cot.Mattresses on the Sofa sleeper and Queen bed in the Master were God awful uncomfortable and in need of replacing.

Great location

The condo was great. Two issues were addressed and corrected right away. Walk to the beach was right out the door!!! The only negative thing I can think of is having to wear a wrist band the whole stay. There is a great pizza spot right across the street. Also a coffee shop. A Walmart and a Publix are close and in walking distance. Condo was clean! Would stay here again.

Condo was clean and as advertised on VRBO. Marcelo was awesome. Check in was super easy and loved the security aspect with the token to get in. Fitness center was well equipped. Excellent stay and would book again if headed back to Miami.

Everything was great!

Just that simple. Great apartment, full window ocean view as you walk in. Balcony, pools, chairs, umbrellas and coolers provided in room. Owner was responsive. Overall everything was wonderful. Just be aware that it's the 12th floor of a big building so elevators can take a bit.

Pros: plenty of cooking material and beach chairs and umbrella. Nice view of beach. Pool Area is nice. Things to know: You must pay for parking. Next you must get a $30 fob from property to access common area doors. Didn’t find laundry room.

Fantastic Family Getaway

The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in a make meals or venture out to one of the nearby restaurants.There was plenty of beach chairs,coolers and toys for the kids. The view is amazing and enjoyed the sunrise right from the balcony. The check in was really easy and the woman we met with was so welcoming. Martha herself was fantastic to communicate with, she went above and beyond for my sons birthday. This will definitely be an annual getaway for my family.

Great view!

Nice place with a great view! Very clean and well equipped. Martha was great with communication! WiFi was spotty which made the little bit of work we had to do a tad frustrating. Could have been due to the crazy windy weather that week. Overall - very pleased with our stay.

Great Experience!

The photos show exactly what the property looks like. The check in process was easy and fast. The property manager is super responsive. You can text and call and he gets right back to you. Our only suggestion is to get a more comfortable sleeper sofa. The amenities (pool, easy access to the ocean) were great!! We had a amazing time at the Taylor Swift concert!! Trip of a lifetime! :)

Definitely a 5 star

First of all this property is beautiful and it looks just like it does in the listing. From the time I checked in, until the time I checked out, every thing was perfect. Miguel showed me to my room and he also let me know about the certain gadgets that were there as far as which remote goes to television and that was nice. Anytime I had a question the owner responded within a few minutes and that was a plus! I will definitely be backthatthwonderful trip

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Most beautiful sunrises

This establishment and this condo were awesome! This is a very secure establishment and requires a fob to enter and exit all doors... including the beach! You won't find a better view straight out looking into the ocean! The sunrise...the moon dancing on the water, everything was perfect! The room has everything you need.... including chairs in the closet for the beach and beach towels! Very convenient area.... several nice places within 5-10 minutes of the condo! Martha was very kind and easy to work with, we appreciated her very much! You won't regret your stay here!

Short stay

The location is perfect. Very close to the beach. Great view to enjoy coffee on the balcony in the morning. I found the amenities to be inconsistent: many linen, bath towels and beach towels, but no hand towels and no dish cloths. Even when I mentioned it, they did not bring any dish cloths. We had to use face cloths from the bathroom. Very low on toilet paper also. We almost ran out just before we left !! Aside from that, the kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of toiletries. The platform bed was a bit difficult to manœuvre and I'll admit a few toes were hurt.

Great Location! Not-so-Great Communication

This apartment is an excellent location. It is a mere 7-minute walk/elevator ride from the apartment's door to standing in the ocean. It was a quick 6-minute Uber to Walmart. It was lovely to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the comfort of the couch. Our main challenge with this VRBO was communication with the owner/managers. We were told by the owner that we would need to check-in with a manager present. The manager said just to go up to the apartment. When water cascaded through the light fixture in the bathroom ceiling, the owner told us to contact the manager and go down to the first floor desk to report the problem. We never laid eyes on the property manager. It is a great location at a decent price despite the communication issues.
