A complimentary shuttle takes you effortlessly to Hallandale Beach, where two beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Inside, the spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area and a TV for relaxation. • Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM

Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

Great little getaway

Property was just as advertised. Unit was impeccably clean. Great views from the balcony. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Owner very responsive and was able to get us in early which was much appreciated since we just came off a cruise.
