The space is designed to maximize comfort and is influenced by modern architecture, Bay Harbor One provides a sublime vacation experience that allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of Bay Harbor Island.

This unit is located on the 5th floor.
The unit is 1,472 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms.

Master bedroom:
Walking closet.
Beds: 1 King bed
Private bathroom: Shower, toilet, and two sinks.
Smart TV.

Second bedroom:
Closet.
Beds: 1 Queen bed
Private bathroom: Shower with tub, toilet, and one sink.
Smart TV.

The half bathroom is located in the hallway.

Please note: We are a vacation rental company, therefore we have multiple units for this listing in the building. All our units are similarly furnished with the same quality and equipment per unit but with a slight difference in the decor and furniture. We cannot guarantee that you will get the same exact unit as in the pictures.

WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY PARTIES OR 6 ADULTS WITH THE ATTENTION OF PARTYING IN THE APARTMENT!!! YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE CANCELED RIGHT AWAY BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY IF THERE ARE OVER 6 YOUNG ADULTS!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PARTY LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THIS APARTMENT IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY OR FOR GUESTS THAT LOOKING FOR A CLAM AND RELAXED VACATION!!!

We are a vacation rental company and we don't provide daily services such as cleaning, meals, room services, 24-hour front desk, and other hotel services. The office of the building and the staff are not working with us, they have no knowledge of your reservation and they will not answer any questions! For any questions or concerns contact us directly.

Our representative will meet you at the property for the check-in process, please provide an estimated check-in time!
If check-in is after 5:00 PM or on weekends, we will be providing check-in instructions on the day of arrival ONLY If we can not meet you at the property.

Parking: $25 a day paid upon arrival. assign parking ONLY! IF PARKED AT ANY OF THE NOT ASSIGNED PARKING YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE! A lost parking pass will be charged $150.

Pet Policy: We allow pets up to 50 pounds. A fee of $250 will be applied.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM Please note: contact us one hour before arrival! WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECK-IN AFTER 11:00 PM!!! Please do NOT book with us if you plan to check-in after 11:00 PM!!!!
Check-out time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (UPON REQUEST ONLY!)

We don't allow loud music or noise at any time!
We don't allow any parties, events, or any type of gathering!
We don't allow smoking in the units or the property!
we don't allow drinks, food, or any type of glass at the pool!
Our rules are very strict and any valuation of the rules will result in evicting everyone from the property without warning NO refund will be issued including the deposit of $500 will NOT be refunded.
