Luxurious 2-bedroom condo in the heart of South Beach. The condo was recently renovated to the highest level and offers a modern design with a Miami Beach flair. The building is steps away from the world famous Lincoln Road, a short walk to the beach, Sunset Harbor and other attractions. Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The condo has a washer/dryer and comes with one assigned garage parking.
- No smoking inside, no parties, no pets.
- Quiet time between 9pm - 9am.
- Booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.
- Guests booking through VRBO or Homeaway that cancel reservation and are due a refund are subject to a 5% transaction fee.
