The only thing they need to pay attention to better is the cleansing of the room. It needs to be vacuumed much, much better and the dusting needs to be also better managed .

Only one jacuzzi that fit 5 persons, another one only for spa guests so you have to pay extra on top of the resort fee, they should add at least three more Jacuzzis, it is a big hotel

The housekeeping person in this hotel took away my bath towel. On the other day, the housekeeping leave the door slammed even we give great tipping. The hotel locked the refrigerator and the front desk person ask me to pay addition $30 to use the refrigerator. You will feel being monitored in staying this hotel. They will ask you to show the room card several times at the beach area and pool area. Even you forgot something in your room after checkout, they will not call the housekeeping to bring the stuff. They will let a security guy to "accompany" you to the room to find the stuff. SHAME ON THEM. WONT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANY OF YOU.

Very nice lots of family activities. Not sure what VIP access I was supposed to receive from Expedia because we received none.
